Get ready to step through the looking glass and into a world of wonder! The Rose Center Theater's production of "Alice in Wonderland" is coming to life on stage from November 8th to 17th, and it's a magical experience you won't want to miss.
Join Alice on a whimsical journey as she tumbles down the rabbit hole and encounters a cast of unforgettable characters, including the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire Cat, and the Queen of Hearts. This enchanting musical adaptation is filled with original music, dazzling costumes, and captivating performances by a talented group of young actors.
Before joining us down the rabbit hole, get to know the incredible cast members who bring this timeless tale to life. From the curious Alice to the mischievous Tweedle Dee and Dum, each performer brings their unique talents and passion to the stage.
Natalie Sand (Alice) is 13 years old and an 8th grader at Marine View Middle School. This is her 8th Rose Center Theater production and 14th in total. Some of her favorite roles have been Jane Banks, Winnie the Pooh, and Brigitta Von Trapp. She would like to thank Tim, Jenn, and Vince for always believing in her.

Annalise Aitken (White Rabbit) is a junior at Huntington Beach High School Academy for the Performing Arts and is so excited to be in this production of Alice in Wonderland at the Rose Center Theater! Some of her favorite roles she has played include Rosie in Bye Bye Birdie, the Gorilla/Kit Kat Girl in Cabaret, and Ensemble in Les Misérables. She is so excited to be a part of this incredible cast. Seraphine Tran (White Rabbit) is 13 years old and is thrilled to be performing at the Rose Center Theater! Some of her favorite past credits include Winnie the Pooh (The Wonderful Adventures of Winnie The Pooh and Friends), Belle (Beauty and the Beast Jr.), and Miss Hannigan (Annie Jr.). Seraphine aspires to join the APA program once she begins high school. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Payton Mariano (Cheshire Cat) is thrilled to be performing on this stage once again! Her favorite shows she’s been in include Winnie the Pooh (Eeyore), Singin’ in the Rain (Cake Girl/Ensemble), Beauty and the Beast (Napkin/Ensemble), and Les Mis (Lovely Lady). Payton attends Huntington Beach High School’s Academy for the Performing Arts, where she studies musical theater and dance. She would like to thank the directors, her family, and friends for making this a wonderful experience.
Zariah Merrill (Cheshire Cat) is so happy to be back at the Rose Center Theater, where she has been performing since the age of 6. Her past credits include Veruca Salt in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Mary Poppins in Mary Poppins, and Dormouse in Alice in Wonderland. When not performing onstage, she is dancing at HBHS in APA Dance and on the Dance Team. She would like to thank the directors Tim, Vince, and Jen for all of their support and guidance!
Sky Aipa (Queen of Hearts) is extremely excited to be in this year’s Rose Center Theater production of Alice in Wonderland. Sky lives in Huntington Beach with her family and attends Huntington Beach High School. She has previously been in Les Misérables and Singin' in the Rain in The Huntington Beach Academy of Performing Arts. She hopes you laugh your head off while watching this amazing performance with such an amazing crew and cast!
Abie Jones (Queen of Hearts) is so excited for her first production with the Rose Center Theater. Her recent roles include Regina George in Mean Girls, Pilar in Legally Blonde, and Olaf in Frozen. She’d like to thank the creative team for this opportunity and hopes you enjoy the show!
Elle Bangle (Caterpillar) is so excited to be a part of the production of Alice in Wonderland. She is very passionate about musical theater. She was previously in A Chorus Line, Singin’ in the Rain, and most recently Les Misérables with Huntington Beach Academy for the Performing Arts, as well as Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat with the Rose Center Theater. She is so thankful for all the people who have helped her accomplish so much.
Ella Collins (Caterpillar) is excited to be a part of this show! She recently appeared in APA’s Les Misérables, Singin' in the Rain, A Chorus Line, and Beauty and the Beast here at the Rose Center Theater. She loves being an APA student and is on the HBHS dance team.
Charlie Firlik (Mad Hatter) is thrilled to be back at the Rose Center Theater! RCT credits include Encore!, Bright Blue Sky (Timmy), Beauty & the Beast (Chip), The Sound of Music (Kurt), Mary Poppins (Michael Banks), and A Christmas Carol (Tiny Tim). Last summer, he had the honor of playing Young Guido in Andy Blankenbuehler’s Nine at The Kennedy Center. More credits: The Secret Garden (Colin Craven) at the Chance Theater, Oliver! (Artful Dodger), and The Lion King (Young Simba) at the Anaheim Center for the Performing Arts. When not on stage, Charlie enjoys playing the piano, singing, recording music, running track, and playing baseball and football. He is a proud member of The All-American Boys Chorus. Ethan Horner (Mad Hatter) is excited to return to the Rose Center Theater as the Mad Hatter in Alice in Wonderland. He made his debut at the Rose as Michael Banks in Mary Poppins and has enjoyed his previous roles as Billy Ray Jr. in On Golden Pond and Pugsley Addams in The Addams Family. Ethan is grateful to join the cast of this fantastic production.
Charlie Grey Scarbrough (March Hare) is excited to be in her first show with the Rose! Charlie has been performing in musical theater since she was five. Her favorite roles have been White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland and Snoopy in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Charlie would like to thank Mr. Nelson for helping her become a little mad. Lola Buckland (Dormouse) is thrilled to be returning to Rose Center Theater. Addison Nguyen (Dormouse) is excited for her debut at RCT! She was previously cast as Nemo in Finding Nemo, Jr. and Jane Banks in Mary Poppins, Jr. while residing in Texas. Donovan Monroe (Tweedle Dee) is excited to be back on the RCT stage! He has been performing on this stage for the last year. Donovan made his RCT Kids debut last year as Christopher Robin in The Wonderful Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. When Donovan is not on stage, you can find him writing his own scripts, directing/casting his younger brothers in productions, and singing with The All-American Boys Chorus.
James dela Cruz (Tweedle Dum) is excited to return to RCT. James attends South Coast Repertory, OC Song & Dance, and is in the National Children’s Chorus. His credits include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Youth Choir) at RCT and The Wizard of Oz (Youth Ensemble) at MTW. Alexis Park (Ace of Clubs) is excited to be part of this production again after previously playing the Dormouse in 2019. This is her third show with the Rose Theater. She has a passion for all performing arts and looks forward to pursuing it further.

Gabriela Henriquez (Two of Clubs) is thrilled to be performing with the talented cast of Alice in Wonderland at the Rose Center Theatre. She has previously captivated audiences in lead roles such as Anna in Frozen and Annie in Annie, but she has also shined in supporting roles such as Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz and Timon in The Lion King. Jordyn Prewitt (Two of Clubs) has participated in many productions over the years, such as Matilda in Matilda, a Bird Girl in Seussical, and Snoopy in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. She also is a musical theater major at APA and loves performing. She is very grateful to friends and family for their support.
Siena Chee (Three of Clubs) is a sophomore at Huntington Beach High School and is in the APA program for musical theater. This is her first Rose show, and she is very excited to show everyone what she has done! Some of her favorite shows she has been in are A Chorus Line and Les Misérables.
Kenly Wilson (Three of Clubs) is so excited for her first performance at the Rose Center Theater in Alice in Wonderland. Some of her previous roles include Baker's Wife in Into the Woods, Ariel in The Little Mermaid, and Maria in The Sound of Music. Luke Nelson (King) is 14 years old and excited for his 5th production at the Rose Center Theater. His favorite performance to date was performed at RCT, A Christmas Carol (Jonathan & Young Scrooge). Katie Peters (Dodo) is so excited to be in this amazing production. She’s a freshman at Fountain Valley High School and in the theater department. She has performed in two other productions here at the Rose Center Theater but many more at Clubhouse Academy. She thanks everyone who came to support her!
Bailey Tangney (Dodo) is beyond excited to be doing Alice in Wonderland! Jailyn Sandoval (Lory) has been singing since she learned to talk. Bursting with energy, this young star not only sings but also mimics various accents. She has participated in major productions like Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Rose Center Theater, as well as taking smaller roles, including performing with a Mariachi band.
Ava Winter Yonemoto (Lory) is excited to be making her eighth theater appearance in Alice in Wonderland. This is her second time appearing in Alice at the Rose Center, first as an ensemble member at age 6 and now as a Lory at 13. Ava would like to thank her friends and family for their constant support and encouragement.
Dale Jayden De Castro-Miralles (Duck), or DJ to his friends and family, is thrilled for his debut as Duck at the Rose Center Theater! With experience as Carlos in his school production of Disney Descendants, he’s ready for the spotlight. DJ sends a heartfelt "Salamat Po" to all his supporters for their love and encouragement!
Kaden Rivera (Duck) is a gifted performer with a passion for singing. He has previously entertained audiences as the lead roles in Cinderella as the King and Winnie the Pooh as Tigger at the Rose Center Theater. Kaden is thankful for the unconditional support of his friends and family.
Adrian Niedle (Eaglet) is beyond excited to finally join the Rose Center family! When not performing, this energetic 10-year-old loves parkour, high diving, piano, gaming, and reading. Adrian’s past roles include Alexander Hamilton in Hamilton, Zed in Zombies 3, The Escapologist in Matilda, Prince Eric in The Little Mermaid, and the Wolf in Into The Woods. Extra special thanks to Vince, Jenn, Sherre, and especially his birthday twin Tim for their patience, love, and guidance!
Gregory Sanford (Eaglet) is 9 years old and an avid performer. He trains in voice, jazz, tap, ballet, and hip hop at OCSD and is a Company Mini. He performed in the Children’s Chorus of Joseph at the Rose last year. He would like to thank his family, teachers, and directors for their support.
Madeline Choi (French Mouse) is an emerging actress with a passion for the performing arts, cinematography, photography, and special effects. Previously, she has been in Alice in Wonderland as the Three of Hearts and the Chef in Cinderella at the Rose Center Theater. She recently was part of the ensemble cast for Les Misérables.
Hailey Miralles (French Mouse) is an aspiring actress, singer, and dancer whose passion for performing arts and musical theater shines through her performances. Hailey has played supporting roles in her school drama club productions Madagascar and Things Are Looking Grim and will star in a lead role this December as Tamatoa from Moana.
Shiloh Baylon (Rose) is a 13-year-old singer/songwriter, and this is her second show at RCT. She's part of productions from various theaters, with past lead roles that include Flounder in The Little Mermaid, Tessie in Annie Jr., and Queen of Pop Diva in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Molly Bobar (Rose) has developed a love for performing since the age of 8, when she starred in her first play. She loves to sing and act and has enjoyed a diverse selection of parts. She has performed at the Rose Center Theater as Marta in The Sound of Music Encore and Owl in The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Some of her favorite roles through the years have been Red in Into the Woods, Annie in Annie, Cosmo in Singin' in the Rain, and Cowardly Lion in The Wizard of Oz. Leyna Camba (Rose), a 7th grader, began her musical theater journey with RCT in 2023 as Kanga in The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and Friends. She joined the Children's Chorus in Joseph and Beauty and the Beast. Over the summer, she joined the Westminster Community Playhouse in their Willy Wonka Jr. production as Mrs. Gloop, Mrs. Bucket, Oompa Loompa, and Squirrel. Harper Balfany (Daisy) is 14 years old and loves the stage! Harper is excited to be returning to the Rose Center Theater stage as a dancing Daisy in Alice in Wonderland. When Harper is not at the theater, she enjoys art, singing, reading, and playing with her dogs, Chip & Charlie. Arabella Lin (Daisy) is a 10-year-old theater enthusiast with a passion for storytelling and performance. She made her RCT debut as Roo in The Wonderful Adventures of Winnie the Pooh & Friends and was part of the youth ensemble in Beauty and the Beast. When she is not on stage, Arabella enjoys singing, dancing, reading, and attending Broadway shows with her mom. She is thrilled to be a part of this production as Daisy and thanks her family and friends for all their support!
Harper Castelo (Violet) is a talented young performer who is excited to return to the Rose Center Theater stage! Previous shows include The Wonderful Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and the children’s chorus for Beauty and the Beast. She loves following in her big cousins Olivia and Sofia Aniceto's footsteps after seeing them in this production when she was a toddler!
Makalya Firlik (Violet) is eight years old and excited to return to Rose Center Theater, where she has previously performed in Encore, The Sound of Music (Gretl), Winnie the Pooh, and A Christmas Carol. Elsewhere, she has performed in Matilda, Oliver, The Lion King, and Children of Eden. When she’s not on stage, Makayla loves painting, drawing, gymnastics, dancing, and playing the piano. Lucy Lopez (Violet) is a competitive dancer turned theater kid. She has a passion for singing and loves to perform. She has performed with Phantom Projects, McCoy Rigby, Huston Performing Arts, Sunny Hills Youth Theater, and DSAPA. Lucy is excited to be joining the Rose Center Theater for the first time!
Iris Choi (Tiger Lily) loves singing and dancing. She is in 5th grade. She performed K-pop dance and in the musical A Christmas Carol. She took the role of "Sura" (second daughter of Dosan) in the musical Dosan world premiere and received a California Assembly Award with her sister. Her dream is to become the best musical actress on Broadway.
Yaretzi Porraz (Tiger Lily) is a dedicated performer, bringing passion and energy to every role. She has portrayed Sonny in In the Heights and taken on various roles in cabaret performances. Yaretzi is deeply thankful for the encouragement of her family, friends, and mentors.
Analeigh Singhi (Tiger Lily) is delighted to be returning to the Rose Center Theater as a Tiger Lily in Alice in Wonderland! Analeigh is 11 years old and her recent credits include Youth Ensemble in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Beauty and the Beast, and Mary Poppins, Young Scrooge in A Christmas Carol, all at the Rose Center Theater, and a Royal Child in The King and I at the La Mirada Theatre. Arielle has had a blast learning from the amazing cast and crew of Alice in Wonderland and looks forward to working with everyone again!
Kylie Miralles (Tulip) is making her acting debut in theater. Kylie is a cheerleader at her school and has danced in school musicals such as Charlie Brown and Grease is the Word. Kylie’s hobbies include cheerleading, softball, gymnastics, dancing, and singing. Kylie is excited to be in the show.
Katelyn Lynd (Cornflower) has loved to sing, dance, and act ever since she could walk! She has enjoyed her time participating in her school's performing arts and concert choir.
Mabel Marie Pate (Cornflower) is thrilled to be making her Rose Center Theater debut with the wonderful company of Alice in Wonderland! In addition to performing, she enjoys animating, crocheting, baking, and all things creative! Mabel thanks her amazing family and friends for their support.
Sawyer Votaw (Cornflower) is delighted to journey back to the Rose Center Theater (RCT), diving into Wonderland this time! Previously in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (RCT), she continues her acting studies at South Coast Repertory. With gratitude for her family, friends, and her pet snake, Cheeto, she can’t wait for the magic to unfold.
Alex Camba (Dinah/Hedgehog), a 3rd grader, started musical theater in 2023 with his sister, Leyna, at the Rose Center Theater, playing Roo in Winnie the Pooh while she played his stage mom, Kanga. He joined her again in the Children's Chorus for Joseph and Beauty and the Beast. Over the summer, he partook in the Westminster Community Playhouse as Phineous Trout, Oompa Loompa, and Candy Kid in Willy Wonka Jr. He is excited to be in the Ensemble for RCT's Alice in Wonderland. Amy dela Cruz (Animal Ensemble) is thrilled to join her brother and make her debut at Rose Center Theater. She takes dance classes and performs with the National Children’s Chorus. Her previous roles include Abu in Aladdin and Crazy Crab in The Little Mermaid at The Kids Theatre Company. Much love to her family and new friends in Wonderland.
Charlotte Edick (Animal Ensemble) is new in her acting journey and has really enjoyed all her experiences so far. She has previously been part of Beauty & the Beast at Starlight Theater as Narrator and will play a hidden folk soloist in her school play of Frozen. She loves the support of her family and friends.
Ellie Firlik (Animal Ensemble) is five years old and thrilled to return to Rose Center Theater after debuting in Winnie the Pooh last year. When she’s not on stage, Ellie sings, dances, plays the piano, and makes everyone around her laugh. She is so grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow with such a talented cast. Andy Lam (Animal Ensemble) is thrilled to debut at the Rose Center Theater. Past roles include Max in The Little Mermaid and Koopa General in Super Mario Bros. He enjoys STEAM, sports, singing with the All-American Boys Chorus, and family time. Andy is grateful for his family, friends, and all who love and support him.
Giancarlo Mazzaglia (Animal Ensemble) has a passion for singing, acting, and storytelling. As a First Tenor with The All-American Boys Chorus, he has developed teamwork and performance skills. He also enjoys drawing, watching cartoons, and performing. When not on stage, he loves building Legos or playing video games.
Camellia Yao Sun (Animal Ensemble) is a lively and energetic little girl with a passion for music and dance. She has competed in several piano competitions, earning top marks. Camellia loves being on stage, and this is her debut performance at the Rose Center Theater. Alice in Wonderland is also her first time in a musical, and she’s already fallen in love with it. She’s excited to keep growing and showing her talents in future performances.
River Yonemoto (Animal Ensemble) is excited to be making her second theater appearance in Alice in Wonderland. She is 7 years old, enjoys singing, playing card games, and helping take care of the family dog, Gemstone. River is looking forward to participating in many more theater productions in the future.
